Habana Libre

2 oz. Flor de Cana 4 year Rum (White)
.75 oz. Lemon
.75 oz. Simple Syrup
5-7 Mint Leaves
1 dropper Bittercube Lemon Tree Bitters
1.5 oz. Seltzer

Glass: Collins
Garnish: Spanked Mint Sprig topped with 9
drops Bittercube Lemon Tree Bitters
Place mint at bottom of collins and draw the mint up the sides of the
glass with muddler. DO NOT OVER MUDDLE! In a shaker, add the other
ingredients and lightly shake. Top Collins glass with ice and strain
contents from shaker. Top with seltzer and garnish.
