Yamato Sling

1.5 oz. Plymouth Gin
.75 oz. Sake
.75 oz. Lemon Juice
1 oz. Green Tea Syrup
1 dropper Bittercube Cherry Bark Vanilla Bitters
Top: Seltzer
Garnish: 1 blade of Lemongrass
Glass: Collins with ice

Shake lightly, strain, top with seltzer, garnish.
To make a Green Tea Syrup, steep 4 bags of tea in 1 cup of Hot Water for 5 minutes, then remove the tea bats and add 1 cup of Sugar to the tea.
