Reconstructed Cup

.5 oz Death's Door Gin
.75 oz Lemon Juice
.75 oz Creme de Menthe
1.5 oz Pimm's #1
1 dropper Bittercube Jamaican #1 Bitters
1 Cucumber Peel
Top: Ginger Beer
Rinse highball with Green Chartreuse.

Put cucumber peel in shaker with ingredients, shake and strain into highball. Top with Ginger
Beer. Garnish with a Lemon Wedge, Orange Slice, Cucumber Peel, Mint
