1 oz. Paul Masson Brandy
75 oz. Ginger Liqueur.
75 oz. Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice.
5 oz. Simple Syrup.
Lemon Twist
9 drops Bolivar Bitters
Dry Sparkling Wine
75 oz. Ginger Liqueur.
75 oz. Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice.
5 oz. Simple Syrup.
Lemon Twist
9 drops Bolivar Bitters
Dry Sparkling Wine
Combine brandy, ginger liqueur, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a flute glass. top with 1.5 oz dry sparkling wine and Bolivar bitters. Add lemon twist.
