Dry, Sweet, French, Italian, German -- the world would be a lot less interesting without vermouth. You wouldn’t be able to make a Martini, a Manhattan or countless other cocktails. But what is vermouth, and why are there so many variations? During this class, we will taste four different vermouths, explain how to use them in cocktails and other suggestions and tips to make great drinks at home!
Facility Tour (aka, So What Are Bitters Anyways?)
July 20, 2019 4:00 pm
Location: Bar & Bazaar
This interactive facility tour starts with a welcome drink in the Bazaar. We will go behind the scenes in the production facility, where we will navigate the entire bitters-making process from raw botanicals to bottling. We'll also make a stop at the R&D lab for a taste of something we are currently working on. The tour finishes with a cocktail of your choice from the Bazaar and a bitters demonstration, during which you'll lick and smell your own hands in front of strangers. Trust us, it's cool and not weird at all. All tour guests get 10% off Bittercube products in the Bazaar.
Nothing currently scheduled but check back often as we're always adding new events
