Mix

1 oz	Pineapple juice
3/4 oz	Fresh grapefruit juice
1/4 oz	Fresh lime juice
1 oz	Simple syrup
1 1/2 oz	Rujero Singani
1/2 oz	Campari
3 oz	Seltzer
1 dropper/dash	Bittercube Bolivar Bitters
1 dropper/dash	Bittercube Blackstrap Bitters

Pineapple chunk and Filthy Red Cherry

Add all of the ingredients except seltzer to a cocktail shaker and then fill with ice. Shake with a fluid, strong motion. Add seltzer to shaker and strain into collins glass. Fill glass with ice.

Adjustments: Makes a great punch. Simply convert ounces to cups. Add all ingredients in a punch bowl.
