1/4 oz	Fresh lemon juice
1 1/4 oz	Peach syrup
1 oz	Citadelle Gin
3 oz	Sparkling wine
1 dropper/dash	Bittercube Orange Bitters

Add all of the ingredients except sparkling wine to a cocktail shaker and then fill with ice. Shake briefly with a fluid, strong motion. Add sparkling wine to shaker and strain into rinsed glass.

For a low ABV variation, use N/A gin.
