Bitters and Soda

Bitters and Soda is a refreshing and non-alcoholic way to enjoy Bittercube Bitters. Since bitters are densely packed with botanical flavor, diluting them into seltzer unlocks nuance that isn't always at the forefront of a cocktail with multiple ingredients. Enjoy Bitters and Soda before or after a meal to cleanse your palette and stimulate digestion, or whenever you want a flavorful and non-alcoholic drink. Try experimenting with different bitters combos to create a unique variations. Bitters can be added to taste, but keep in mind the federal government dictates a N/A beverage may contain up to 1/2 of 1% of alcohol by volume. One dash of orange bitters diluted in 12 oz of liquid is roughly 1/4 of 1% which falls well below this designation.
