Mix

3 droppers/dashes	Bittercube Trinity Bitters
1/4 oz	Tarragon syrup*
2 oz	Ten Head Meadow Cut Gin
1/4 oz	Heirloom Genepy
1/2 oz	Heirloom Creme De Flora

Dehydrated lemon wheel and fresh thyme sprig

Add all of the ingredients to a stirring vessel and then fill with ice. Stir with a bar spoon until chilled and strain into cocktail glass.

*Tarragon syrup

2 oz Fresh tarragon

2 cups Hot water

2 cups Granulated sugar

Instructions: Gently bruise tarragon, combine with hot water and steep for 5 minutes. Add sugar and whisk until it is fully dissolved. Strain syrup and refrigerate for up to two weeks.
