1 dropper/dash	Bittercube Root Beer Bitters
2/3 oz	Fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz	Turbinado syrup
3/4 oz	Ten to One Dark Rum
1/2 oz	Heirloom Alchermes
3/4 oz	Heirloom Pineapple Amaro

Dehydrated pineapple and 1 spritz of Bittercube Chipotle Cacao Bitters

Add all of the ingredients to a cocktail shaker and then fill with ice. Shake with a fluid, strong motion and strain into cocktail glass. Garnish with a dehydrated pineapple ring and a spritz of Chipotle Cacao bitters from an atomizer.
