Mix

1/2 dropper	Bittercube Bolivar Bitters
1 oz	Fresh lemon juice
3/4 oz	Rishi Scarlet Tea syrup*
1 1/2 oz	J. Henry Wisconsin Straight Bourbon
1/2 oz	Heirloom Creme de Flora
1/2 oz	Heirloom Alchermes

Rocks with large ice cube

Garnish

Lemon peel expressed and inserted

Add all of the ingredients to a cocktail shaker and then fill with ice. Shake with a fluid, strong motion and strain into cocktail glass.

*Scarlet tea syrup:

3 tbsp Rishi Scarlet Tea

6 oz Water

2 oz Granulated sugar

Instructions: Bring water to a boil. Steep tea in 6oz water for 5 minutes. Combine sugar and 4 oz of strained tea. Stir until sugar is dissolved and refrigerate for up to two weeks.
