Ingredients
- 1 Egg white
- 2 Fresh mint leaves
- 3/4 oz Lemon juice
- 1 oz Celery syrup
- 1 1/2 oz Modest Vodka
- 1/2 oz Domaine de Canton Ginger Liqueur
- 1 dropper/dash Bittercube Cherry Bark Vanilla Bitters
Glass: Coupe or Martini
Garnish: Swirled Bittercube Blackstrap Bitters
Instructions
Add all of the ingredients to a cocktail shaker and then fill with ice. Shake with a fluid, strong motion. Strain and remove ice. Return drink to cocktail shaker and shake with a fluid, strong motion and strain into cocktail glass.
