Glass: Glass mug, coffee or tea cup

Garnish: Root Beer Bitters Whipped Cream (recipe in the instructions)


Temper glass by adding hot water to mug and let sit for 2 minutes. Dump water and combine ingredients in mug. Stir lightly and top with whipped cream made with Root Beer Bitters.

Root Beer Whipped Cream

1 C Heavy cream

1 Tbls Bittercube Root Beer Bitter

1 Tbls Powdered sugar

Using a hand mixer or a stand mixer fitted with a whisk attachment, whip the cream, bitters and sugar on medium-high speed until medium peaks form, about 3-4 minutes. Medium peaks are between soft/loose peaks and stiff peaks.
