Irish Rook
Ingredients
- 3/4 oz Knappouge Castle 12 year old Single Malt Irish Whiskey
- 3/4 oz Copper & Kings Aged Brandy
- 1/2 oz Dolin Dry Vermouth
- 1/2 oz Cynar
- 1/2 oz Licor 43
- 1 dropper/dash Bittercube Orange Bitters
- 1 dropper/dash Bittercube Blackstrap Bitters
Glass: Coupe or Martini
Garnish: Expressed flamed orange and discarded
Instructions
Add all of the ingredients to a stirring vessel and then fill with ice. Stir with a bar spoon until chilled and strain into cocktail glass.
