3	Fresh mint leaves
1/2 oz	Fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz	Organic concord grape juice
3/4 oz	Moonlight Jasmine Syrup
1 1/2 oz	El Dorado 8 Yr Rum
2 oz	Sparkling Wine

Add all of the ingredients except sparkling wine to a cocktail shaker and then fill with ice. Shake briefly with a fluid, strong motion. Add sparkling wine to shaker and strain into glass.

For a low ABV variation, use N/A rum.
