3/4 oz	Fresh lime juice
1 oz	Simple syrup
2 oz	Modest Vodka
2 oz	Ginger Beer
1 dropper/dash	Bittercube Ginger Allspice Bitters

Add all of the ingredients except ginger beer to a cocktail shaker and then fill with ice. Shake with a fluid, strong motion. Add ginger beer to shaker and strain into collins glass. Fill glass with ice.

For a non-alcoholic variation, use N/A vodka.

Adjustment: Use fresh herbs like mint to elevate the aromatics of this cocktail.
