2 droppers/dashes	Bittercube Bolivar Bitters
1/2 oz	Mango juice
2/3 oz	Fresh lemon juice
3/4 oz	Lemongrass syrup*
1 1/3 oz	Great Northern Herbalist Gin
1/2 oz	Heirloom Alchermes

Add all of the ingredients to a cocktail shaker and then fill with ice. Shake with a fluid, strong motion and strain into cocktail glass.

*Lemongrass syrup:

49 g Fresh lemongrass stalks

412 g Granulated sugar

412 g Water

Instructions: Chop lemongrass stalks into ¼” slices then place in an airtight container. Cover the lemongrass in sugar and refrigerate overnight. Bring water to a simmer then combine with sugar and lemongrass. Whisk briefly to dissolve sugar, then cover the container and let cool. Strain syrup and refrigerate for up to two weeks.
