Mix

1 dropper/dash	Bittercube Chipotle Cacao Bitters
1/2 oz	Fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz	Fresh grapefruit juice
1/4 oz	Cinnamon syrup*
1 oz	Great Lakes Distillery Rehorst Gin
1 oz	Heirloom Creme De Flora

Rocks with large ice cube

Garnish

Grapefruit peel inserted, dried chamomile buds atop ice cube

Add all of the ingredients to a cocktail shaker and then fill with ice. Shake with a fluid, strong motion and strain into cocktail glass over ice.

*Cinnamon syrup

1 cup Granulated sugar

1 cup Water

4 Cinnamon sticks (broken into pieces)

Instructions: Combine ingredients in a pot and bring to a simmer. Whisk until the sugar has dissolved. Place the mixture into an airtight container and refrigerate overnight. The following day, strain the syrup and refrigerate for up to two weeks.
