Mix

3/4 oz	Fresh lemon juice
3/4 oz	Herbs de Provence syrup
1 1/2 oz	Modest Vodka
3/4 oz	Dolin Dry Vermouth
2 oz	Seltzer
1 dropper/dash	Bittercube Jamaican No. 2 Bitters

Add all of the ingredients except seltzer to a cocktail shaker and then fill with ice. Shake with a fluid, strong motion. Add seltzer to shaker and strain into collins glass. Fill glass with ice.

For a low ABV variation, use N/A vodka.
