1 dropper/dash	All Day Aromatic Bitters
1 dropper/dash	Bittercube Root Beer Bitters
1/2 oz	Fresh lemon juice
1/4 oz	Simple syrup
2 oz	Wollersheim Round Top Rye Whiskey
1/2 oz	Heirloom Genepy
3/4 oz	Heirloom Alchermes

Lemon peel with torched chamomile & cinnamon

Add all of the ingredients to a cocktail shaker and then fill with ice. Shake with a fluid, strong motion and strain into Collins glass over fresh ice. Garnish by placing a lemon peel, peel side up, near the cocktail. Place dried chamomile buds and a cinnamon stick atop the peel. Torch the chamomile and cinnamon stick until everything is smoking.
