This drink is a riff on the Bittered Gin Sling found in Eric Felton’s 'How’s Your Drink?'. This is one of the first cocktail's Ira was really proud of and is still a Bittercube favorite.

Mix: 3/4 oz; Fresh lemon juice; 3/4 oz; Simple syrup; 3/4 oz; Old Overholt Rye Whiskey; 3/4 oz; Punt e Mes; 1 oz; Seltzer; 1 dropper/dash; Bittercube Blackstrap Bitters; 1 dropper/dash; Bittercube Orange Bitters

Glass: Heirloom Genepy rinsed Collins with ice

Garnish: Orange and lemon peels
