Mix

3/4 cup	Unsalted Butter cut into small pieces
1 cup	Granulated Sugar
1/2 cup	Turbinado Sugar
1/2 tsp	Sea Salt
1/4 tsp	Cayenne Pepper
3	Large Eggs
1 tsp	Burlap & Barrel Vanilla Extract
1 tsp	Bittercube Chipotle Cacao Bitters
2/3 cup	AP Flour
2/3 cup	Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1/2 cup	Chocolate Chips

Preheat the oven to 300 degrees. Butter a brownie pan. 

Soften butter in the microwave, but don’t overdo it.

Whisk in sugar and salt to the nearly melted butter.

Add the eggs and bitters. Stir with spoon just until just combined.

Add the cocoa powder, chocolate chips, and flour. 

Fold all ingredients with spatula until combined.

Spread into a baking pan. Bake for 35-55 minutes. Note that the wider the pan, the less baking time. Use a toothpick to test, it should still have a bit of batter on it when you take it out.

Cool and enjoy!

For an interesting variation, use Bittercube Cherry Bark Vanilla Bitters in place of Vanilla Extract.
