Mix

1/4 oz	Fresh green apple
1 oz	Unsweetened, organic almond milk
3/4 oz	Fresh lime juice
3/4 oz	Tapped Cherry Bark Vanilla Maple Syrup
1 1/2 oz	Brandy (90* Proof or Higher)
3/4 oz	Heirloom Pineapple Amaro
2 droppers/dashes	Bittercube Ginger Allspice Bitters

Apple Slice, Mint Bouquet, Cinnamon Stick

Muddle a quarter of an apple in a cocktail shaker. Add the remaining ingredients to a cocktail shaker and then fill with ice. Shake with a fluid, strong motion and strain into cocktail glass.
